If you encounter problems while using our software, this section will help you identify and resolve common errors. Follow the instructions below to resolve common issues yourself.

1. User interface/app issues

Symptoms:

  • Display errors or missing elements in the user interface
  • Buttons or menus are not responding

Solutions:

  • Restart the software or reset the software to default settings.
  • Reinstall the software.
  • Update Windows and all apps in the Microsoft Store.
  • Make sure your software is up to date.
  • Download the latest Windows App SDK
